Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ShopEase website and mobile experiences (the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to be bound by them.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are in Kenya Shillings and include VAT where applicable. We may decline or cancel orders for pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud.

3. Payments

Payments are processed via M-Pesa, Airtel Money, card networks or cash on delivery in eligible areas. Cash-on-delivery orders may require phone verification before dispatch.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are best-effort. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

5. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy. Buyer protection covers items that are damaged, defective or not as described.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe rights, post harmful content or attempt to circumvent our security measures.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app message.
